Welcome to the #1 POP Centre in Singapore

What is a POP Preschool?

The Partner Operator (POP) scheme, launched in 2016, assists designated preschools in enhancing the accessibility, affordability, and quality of childcare and infant care services.

As a POP preschool, we are dedicated to providing affordable yet high-quality childcare and continually improving our organisational capabilities through adherence to the Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework (SPARK) accreditation.

Benefits of POP Scheme Preschools for Parents

Financial Savings through POP Scheme Subsidies

Under the POP scheme, preschools adhere to a fee cap of $720 for full-day childcare and $1,290 for full-day infant care (excluding GST), specifically for children who are Singaporean Citizens. This cap ensures affordability by moderating any potential fee increases.

Flexibility in Choosing Qualified and Accredited Preschools

The POP scheme provides parents with the flexibility to choose from a range of qualified and accredited preschools, ensuring that families can select a learning or daycare centre that best meets their needs and preferences while adhering to high standards of early childhood education.

Access to High-Quality Early Childhood Education Programs

Enrolment in a POP scheme preschool guarantees access to high-quality early childhood education. These programmes are designed to meet rigorous educational standards and provide comprehensive developmental experiences, ensuring that children receive the best possible start in their educational journey.
